Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not fully manage it because multiple parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
